Exalis is a software application that collects, stores, displays, and exports dialysis data from the Phoenix dialysis monitor. Exalis can serve as both an electronic charting system or as an interface from the Phoenix to a larger EMR.
It's collects data from nurses using the keyboard.
It stores data in a SQL Server database (Express or Standard).
It displays treatment data including Pre-Assessment, Flowsheet, and Post Assessment.
